Annex 1: Overview and submission details

The purpose of this data collection is to provide a robust picture of organisational job evaluation activity, outcomes, quality, governance and timeliness across the Agenda for Change (AfC) workforce (phase 3), and specific information on job evaluation activity and outcomes relating to the Band 5 nursing workforce (phase 4).

Data is reported for the most recent rolling 3 month period. For example, the data submission window opening 1 October would cover the 3 month period from 1 July to 30 September (Quarter 2).

Organisations will be required to confirm that:  

• The data being submitted has been approved by the SRO 
  Confirm that the data submitted has been reviewed and approved by the nominated board-level Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for job evaluation at your organisation.
  Response options: Yes / No
• The data being submitted has been shared with the local staff-side JE lead (or equivalent) and local partnership forum
  Confirm that the return has been shared with your staff side JE lead (or staff side chair where there is no staff side JE lead) and has been shared with your local partnership forum/Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC)
  Response options: Yes / No
