What's New

A new 'Check if you have an NHS account' option has been added to the NHS login landing page, making it simpler for users to confirm whether they already have an account and reducing potential sign-in confusion. Further changes include:

• 'forgot password' and 'create account journeys' have both been updated; each journey has its own 'check your email' page
• the old 'Trouble with logging in?' card and /register/not-sure-account removed
• a 'visit our help centre' link has been added
• email address persistence across this new journey
