Details of planned outages and other announcements for the Secondary Uses Service (SUS+) and Data Landing Platform (DLP). Please report any service issues on 0300 303 5035 or via the web reporting tool.
Announcements and planned outages
Maintenance is planned on the SUS+ or DLP platforms on the following dates and times. The systems may be unavailable during these times:

Operational hours
SUS+ (Silver service) - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
DLP (Bronze service) - 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
