The failure message and instructions for smartcard authentication failures has been updated.
What this means for you
If you are authenticating using CIS2 Smartcard Connect and there is an authentication failure, you will now see the message shown below.
Why we are doing this
To improve the user experience, we have updated our instructions to more clearly guide users through the correct steps.
